Contribution Handshakes



The concept of nine contribution handshakes is very valuable. First of all we should practice these handshakes with our own staff and build trust. Then, the staff will go ahead and practice these successfully with our customers.

  1. P.K. BOSE'S RESPONSE HAS BEEN VERY INTERESTING. AS AN ORGANISATION, PLEASE OBSERVE THAT OUR BANK HAS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST EMPLOYERS TODAY. THE RESPONSE TO EMPLOYEES' DEMANDS HAS BEEN GOOD AND REASONABLE. THAT IS WHY SBI IS UNIQUE PLATFORM FOR PRACTICING CITIZENSHIP. WHICH OTHER ORGANSATION IS TALKING ABOUT YOUR LIFE, YOUR VALUE ETC. LIKE OURS. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

    MOST IMPORTANT PART, RECOGNISING COLLEAGUES. 'RECOGNITION' AS A HANDSHAKE HAS BEEN MISSING WHEN IT COMES TO EMPLOYEES. (NOT EMOLUMENTS). MOST OF THE TIME CINICYSM WORKS. ALL TYPES OF HANDSHAKES ARE DONE WELL/PUT TO USE, WHEN THEY HANDLE THE BOSS. THIS SHOULD BE PUT TO CUSTOMERS OR WHEN SHARE WORK OF THE COLLEAGUES. A GOOD NUMBER OF OUR COLLEAGUES STILL LACK PROFESSIONALISM, WASTE TIME AFFECTING PRODUCTIVITY.

    I-2 MSG IS VERY CLEAR. COLLECTIVE FULLFILMENT IS IMPORTANT. ENCOURAGE HANDSHAKES, ENABLE CONTRIBUTION PROJECTS, AND CONTRIBUTION VISITION. VISIONING IS SIMPLE BUT MOST DIFFICULT JOB. EACH AND EMPLOYEE SHOULD DECIDE THEIR LIFE'S PURPOSE. ONE WOULD LIKE TO BE A BUSY BEE OR A HOUSE FLY?? THINK! THINK!
