Intervention-II of Project CitizenSBI begins today in SBI
After completion of citizenship orientation programme in the State Bank of India, the collective fulfillment programme begins today across the country. It is said to be intervention-2 of the Project CitizenSBI and it's goal is collective fulfillment of all stakeholders, especially the staff and customers.
This intervention takes-off with 6-day contribution labs for the unit heads from customer facing units (branches/CPCs) to enable them to develop a contribution vision for their units. It will be followed by 2-day workshops for unit core fulfillment teams to prepare them to take up contribution projects in their units. The unit heads would also run six 1-hour capsules for their staff back home to engage them in contribution handshakes with the customers. Overall, it is almost an 8-9 month long intervention where each State Banker would be "practising citizenship" day in and day out.
