Feedback: Contribution Lab

I attended the contribution lab, along with my branch managers and other unit heads of Region 2, RBO, Khandwa, at State Bank Learning Centre, Indore from 7th to 13th July 2010. 

Contribution handshakes and contribution projects are the important approaches during this lab. It is intended to be applied in branches during day-to-day transactions. I intend to use it extensively.

As RM, I would like my units to go for contribution projects voluntarily and extensively. Because it gives my team collective fulfillment. It will also delight my customers.

I participated enthusiastically in all sessions and enjoyed in particular the Nukkad, Dimag Ki Batti, TV Interview as every participant made it vibrant and interesting. Most of the branch managers contributed during the sessions. Their rich experience made the sessions meaningful and interesting.
