The participants find the sitting arrangements very conducive to learning, sharing and discussing. Their involvement in the programme gradually builds up. They begin to see the value in the contents. Slowly self-realization dawns and they yearn for more. On the beginning of the second day, the enthusiasm and radiance is worth watching. They return after the programme fulfilled and content.
