The Facilitators’ Gym for Bhopal Circle was held in SBLC Bhopal on 23rd and 24th November 2009. The event filled programme was inaugurated by our Chief General Manager Shri M. Bhagavantha Rao with an inspiring talk, which set the tone for the Gym.
He touched the very core of the Project Citizen SBI with his profound remark “When an egg is broken from outside, a life is finished. But when it is broken from inside, a life begins.”
Our CDO Shri Rajeev Mahajan also joined us and gave his blessings to the workshop, which was conducted by our Intervention Leader Shri Jagat Bisht.
The two days that followed were filled with activities like practice and presentations on the Video Triggered Reflection modules of the Facilitators’ Gym by different groups, presentations on topics from Foundation Notes by two-member teams and individual reflections. All these enhanced the Facilitators’ experience while the feeling of belonging to a community and sharing of best practices provided fresh insights to all of us.
A fun-filled yet intense and valuable experience for all those who were a part of it!
