I had an interesting experience in the class yesterday.
The AmarAkbarAnthony exercise was over. And, I just happened to mention Sachin as a particular type of citizen. Then, there were some views and counter-views and a lot of discussions full of energy.
It can be a really interesting debate.

Although not active in team anymore,I would like to categorise Rahul Dravid as a Steady contributor- 'The Wall' as he is aptly called.
ReplyDeleteSrisanth is clearly an On and Off type. There are generally steep rises and falls in his performance.
I still have doubts about Sachin because he makes it when its his day, not always when the team needs him.
Sachin is definitely an evolved citizen.Its a common perception that he doesn't perform when team needs him most.But let us look at it this way-are there times when the team does not need his contribution? Even an evolving citizen may sometimes not succeed which only makes him human and not an android.
