A unique thing about the programme is that it is beyond what anyone expected or even imagined. After the initial ice-breaking, the participants start getting involved and slowly discover themselves. Good samaritans, disgruntled elements, netas, abhinetas, newly recruited CRAs, POs, Oldies - everyone is all praise for the programme. They say - "Why was it not brought in earlier?"
One officer told me at SBLC, Bandra - "Sir, we feel exhausted after working long hours day after day. Please arrange such programmes at least once a year for us. Otherwise we will go mad."

Hi.Truly this program is unique.One can always expect the unexpected from participants.One of the most interesting comments I heard from a young new recruit was that during this program she changed her opinion about her senior colleagues....she realized that they are quite talented and an interesting lot after all !!!
