Facilitators' Workshop Concludes At Indore Bank Staff Academy

Twenty-seven eggs simultaneously broke from within and twenty-seven new citizen facilitators came into being.

Even as the facilitators' workshop was in progress during the last week at Indore Bank Staff Academy, Indore, a deep human transformative initiative had already begun in the State Bank of Indore. Twenty-seven eggs simultaneously broke from within and twenty-seven new citizen facilitators came into being.

The Citizenship Orientation Programme will be formally launched by Ms Soundara Kumar, Managing Director on Monday, the 8th of February, 2010 at the Academy.

The enthusiasm and deep sense of commitment of the bunch of facilitators was simply amazing and left no doubt that the intervention would be a huge, huge success in the Bank. They not only acquired the skills to conduct the programme but re-discovered their deep spiritual being during the course of the week. Their devotion to the citizenship ideal could only be sensed to be believed. The tacit became explicit on the first day of the workshop itself and it was felt they were ready to immerse themselves deep into the ocean of citizenship ideal.

They elaborated on the building blocks of citizenship ideal for a deeper understanding and experience. A deep evolutionary impulse in all of them was more than evident. Citizenship readily gave them the vital bridge between biology and divinity to become truly human. And, rest assured, these committed messengers of citizenship are definitely going to bring about a great, meaningful human transformation in the organization. They are not going to rest without accomplishing that. Such strong is their conviction!

I thank and congratulate State Bank of Indore authorities for choosing so good facilitators and assure them that this intervention is now in very safe hands.
