I wish to share a very interesting thing that happened on the first day of our two day program on 3-4 Dec ----As the class was discussing the being and function aspect of one's personality,I could read from the expressions on the face of Rahul Dange, a young participant from our Junnar Br that he wanted to say something but was holding back for some reason.After a little bit of coaxing he started shyly that recently he had observed some change for better in the behavior of his branch manager (By the way,his BM had attended this program last month) and he felt that this particular part in the program i.e.keeping alive function and being aspect of our personality, must be responsible for the change!!! .It was a great feeling for all of us in the class because here was a person who had a first hand experience of what this program could do for those who are willing to keep their minds open!
