Hi SBI Citizens

Last week ,i had my Citizen SBI training at SBLC Raipur. The word training makes you imagine a classroom with a trainer and the content in the form of books/presentation... but this one was completely different , we had no trainers but facilitators. It helped me to analyze myself. Who am I and what am I doing here are very simple as questions and become very difficult to answer when asked to. Diffcult only because we never ask these questions to ourselves. Sense of belongingness can't be simply added to a person so easily, we just need to have it or it has to be there....But atleast we can realize this feeling....we hardly think about unintentional consequences, maybe because we are too sure to make things happen in our own way or we simply don't wanna think about them... How much do we relate to ourselves and the organisation we work for? certainly, there are no exact parameters to measure it but if u can just feel it- You make a mark. Citizen Sbi prog. raised all these questions which a person normally forgets to ask and answer in normal course of life..
