Phone a Citizen Friend (1)

It is proposed that the facilitators call random numbers of participants who have attended citizenship orientation programme earlier and get their feedback about the programme, what they found valuable in the programme and how the programme has impacted them. The feedback thus obtained may be shared in this forum. To start with I called Ms Neha Sharma, a probationer, posted at SMECC, Raipur(Chhattisgarh). She attended the programme on the 7th and 8th of December at Administrative Office, Raipur. Neha told us:

"I found the programme full of activity and enjoyed the various group tasks and video clips. The live examples of our staff members were very authentic and, as a new entrant in the bank, I learned a lot from them. I found the duty vs. contribution learning unit to be the most valuable one. I have realized that performing mere routine duty is not enough and one has to go beyond and make a positive contribution in all spheres of life. I feel I have become more sincere and dedicated after the programme and look forward to more such programmes eagerly."
